Rebecca Levitsky is a Master of City and Regional Planning student at the Bloustein School where she is pursuing a concentration in Transportation Policy and Planning. Rebecca is particularly interested in the intersection of transportation and community development, with a focus on transit-oriented communities and complete streets. Through her undergraduate studies in Public Advocacy at Temple University and her experience as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Paraguay, Rebecca gained valuable insight into the process of small-scale community development and organizing. Her goal is to improve accessibility and safety in urban communities by leveraging community engagement and data analysis to design transportation systems that equitably serve all people and all modes. Rebecca recently joined the center as a graphics assistant. She is helping to develop the advertising materials for the Fall REACH Housing Conference.
