Cybil Bailey is a Master of City and Regional Planning student at Rutgers University. She is passionate about historic and cultural preservation, especially in communities of color. She has experience in community engagement and urban research. Cybil’s work combines data analysis, ArcGIS, and policy advocacy to support sustainable communities.
