Easter’s Home

Caldwell converted a century old building into 21-unit permanent supportive housing. Reserved for 30-50% of the AMI. Residents will pay 30% of their income towards rent and the rest will be subsidized by federal housing assistance. They will also receive a case manager through Roof Above. Caldwell Housing, Inc. has entered into a legal agreement with DreamKey Partners to form Easter’s Home at Caldwell, LLC. Easter’s Home at Caldwell, LLC, owns and operates the Easter’s Home residence, and has a ground lease from Caldwell Memorial Presbyterian Church.

The congregation is still on the property in the main building.
