The redevelopment of the 22-acre Sisters of St. Joseph convent includes a new 4-story 292 unit mixed-income development with 90 studio apartments, 157 one-bedroom, 41 two-bedroom and 4 three-bedroom apartments. Approximately 30-units are affordable rental and reserved for individuals/households earning 80% of the AMI. The Sisters of Saint Joseph of Chambery will retain the “west wing” of the building historic convent Amenities include a fitness center, pickleball courts and a rooftop deck. Convent dates back to the 1890s.
