Upham’s Crossing

Adaptive reuse of former St. Kevin’s Parish School and construction of 2 new buildings into a 5-story 80-unit development reserved for families earning up to 60% AMI; 60-units reserved for workforce and 20-units reserved as permanent housing for formerly homeless families. There is an on-site full-time licensed social worker. The former school includes a resident lounge, community room, fitness room, computer lab and offices for on-site supportive services. Buildings date back to the 1940s and are part of an historic district.
