St. James Terrace

9-Story, 102-unit development with studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments. 51-units are for individuals struggling with homelessness. The supportive units are reserved for those earning at or below 50% of the AMI and the remaining units are for those earning at or below 70% of the AMI. Building amenities include a Community Center that will offer a variety of programs and a weekly food pantry. The new building was constructed on the grounds of St. James Church which was built in 1982 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
