Corporate ownership of single-family homes and other small residential properties has drawn growing concern from housing advocates and policymakers in New Jersey and nationally. The New Jersey State Policy Lab, with support from the Bloustein School, the Rutgers Center on Law, Inequality and Metropolitan Inequity (CLiME), and the Rutgers Center for Urban Research and Education, has released new research examining this growing trend.
