Six factory built 250-square foot tiny homes. Residents pay 30% of their income. Each unit cost $360,000. Donated labor and materials and funding from the City brough the cost down to 1,500,000 or 210,000 per unit. Pulte Group donated 850,000 to the project in labor and materials.
