Adaptive reuse of church building into 25 one-bedroom apartments for seniors (62+), including 15 units for special-needs residents who were formerly homeless or at risk of homelessness. Church building was vacant and used to function as a community center. Elements of the church were preserved including stained glass windows, trusses and the historic pipe organ. The sanctuary was converted into a community room and library for residents. Building dates back to 1922.
