As part of the redevelopment, the Church constructed a new smaller building on the southern portion of the site; 5,000 square feet for the church funded by the ground Lease. The new 5,000 square foot church was designed to meet the community’s worship and programming needs and includes a 1400-sf worship space, the Nave, with sloped ceilings from 20 feet to 32 feet high, an adjoining Sacristy; a multipurpose gathering space, the Parish Hall, with a 16-foot-high ceiling; a Nursery/Classroom; a residential-grade kitchen and food storage pantry; two offices; restrooms and miscellaneous storage and mechanical spaces.
