8-story, 144-unit development with 108 1-bedroom apartments, 24 2-bedroom apartments, and 12 3-bedroom apartments. Reserved for individuals/households earning between 30-60% of the AMI. 15-units are for residents earning 30% or less of the AMI. A modernized church sanctuary space, Kinhaven School daycare serving approximately 90 children, and Provision Church Catering’s commercial kitchen space occupy the first floor of the building. Amenities include an outdoor courtyard with a green roof, and multiple community rooms and flex space for regular activities. The development features energy-efficient building techniques and is built to EarthCraft Gold standards.
