Enrique Rivera, PP, AICP joined SJCS in April 2017 and directs affordable housing development, owner occupied repair programs and neighborhood revitalization efforts at Saint Joseph’s Carpenter  Society.  Mr. Rivera graduated with a Masters in community and regional planning from Temple University and has worked at Camden Community Partnership in the City of Camden.  Mr. Rivera has worked extensively in East Camden on housing and neighborhood initiatives including the My East Camden Plan, scattered site homeownership opportunities, lead remediation and weatherization programs, park planning and programming, and commercial corridor surveying and improvements.  He is licensed as a Professional Planner in New Jersey and is nationally certified with the American Institute of Certified Planners.
