The 2002 Rutgers Bloustein Community Development Studio partnered with New Community Corporation (NCC) to document NCC’s history, vision, and mission. The team produced a report that highlights NCC’s comprehensiveness, strong leadership, flexibility, efforts to engage community voice, its flexibility, its strength in networking and cooperation, and its success in creating and building power.
